WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions govern all wholesale purchases made through Alysha James Jewelry (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating a wholesale account or placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available to approved retail partners only. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke wholesale access at our discretion.

Wholesale accounts are intended for resale purposes only and may not be used for personal purchases.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

• Opening minimum order: $200 CAD

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ): 3 units per style

Orders that do not meet these requirements may be adjusted or cancelled.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared publicly or with non-approved parties.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will enter production once payment has been received.

​

5. Production & Lead Times

All wholesale items are made to order.

Standard production time is 14–21 business days, unless otherwise stated. During high-volume periods, lead times may be extended.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

All orders ship from Canada.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays related to customs processing.

7. Returns & Exchanges

All wholesale orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If items arrive damaged or defective, claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with clear photo documentation.

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.

8. Product Care & Wear

Our 18k Gold PVD jewelry is designed to be waterproof and tarnish-resistant. However, longevity may vary depending on wear and environment.

Wholesale partners are responsible for communicating proper care instructions to their customers.

9. Resale & Branding

Wholesale partners are purchasing products for their own branding and resale.

-You are welcome to sell under your own brand name

-If you prefer Alysha James branding, this can be provided upon request

-You may price products at your discretion based on your business model and market

-Products may be resold through your own storefront, website, or in-person sales channels

-Products may not be misrepresented in a misleading or false manner

10. Intellectual Property

All original Alysha James Jewelry images, branding assets, and marketing materials remain our intellectual property.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Alysha James Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products.

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount of the order in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Ontario.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of your wholesale account constitutes acceptance of any changes.
